If Trump is within 3 points in the popular vote he will easily win the EC. A 4 point win for Biden in 2020 probably wouldn't have been enough and Harris polls much worse in the rust belt states. She will rack up huge numbers in the heavily blue states that Biden would not have.

Everyone knows presidents have advisors. What is it they do? They give advice. Trump relies on their advice, as well as his own judgement. That Trump fired some because of poor advice doesn’t bother me as much as Joe Biden never firing anyone despite poor advice.
Trump is decisive in culling weakness from his herd. Joe Biden wasn’t mentally capable of recognizing his weaknesses.

I don't get how anyone can think Trump is dumb and then tout Harris' mental acumen. I don't like everything about Trump. Trump is showing his age but even in 2016 he didn't have a strong command of the issues. He has some good instincts (build a wall, stay out of foreign wars, cut taxes, drill baby drill, deregulate) but he's not going to go much deeper than that.
That's okay provided he can surround himself with people who can execute and will revel in details on which was hit or miss in his first administration.

You can take anyone's words and twist the any way you want. I don't believe all this back-biting by bitter ex-officials means anything other than gossip. I go by actions much more then rumor and, so far, I see no indication by his action that Trump disrespects the military. At all.
He had a personal beef with McCain and I said at the time it was wrong. McCain was a genuine war hero and Trump was wrong when he trashed him. One of the reasons I didn't like Trump when he first came into politics - really, I don't care that much for him now, but he's the best choice of the current lot, by a very long shot.
