Don’t overlook the fact that he may simply not be able to attract competent people this time around. The smart folks fully understand what happened in his prior term. We would likely be looking at the C team, at best. A cadre of grifters, hangers on, and true believers.
You see the Emerson PA poll I just posted. Emerson has Kamala up 4 nationally (complete bs if you look at the other polls) but down 2 in Pennsylvania. A 5 point popular vote margin might not be enough. She is toast.
