Well the other guy on twitter touting himself as an insider and friend of the billionaire financier who is footing the bill just got Tracy Steven's name wrong.........
Well he's got a Twitter checkmark and a bunch of followers, that makes him more credible than many of us.
Please God let this happen I won't ever have to get back on this worthless blog to discuss my displeasures with the coaching staff...........PLEASE
come on Vic...we know that’s not true. I could say the same thing but let’s be honest...I’d be lying to myself. Part of being a Hoosier fan is bitching when things go south and then immediately eating crow and praising the team as the greatest
I've come to dismiss all of this second hand chatter but some folks over on BTB say this guy has a source who is close to Stevens. I'm not going to be convinced until a Brad-to-IU headline hits the national wires. I still don't consider someone with a personal twitter account to be a 'journalist'.
I wrote this on another thread but I am not getting my hopes up until I see Brad at a press conference being introduced as the new coach.
Since Stevens was just at the Celtics shoot around I doubt anything is happening today, let alone in 2 hours.
Actually, I might not feel safe with being happy until the contract is signed and the ink is dry.

The number of followers has no bearing on the “trustworthiness” of the claim.
Since the IU Athletic Department has already stated that no coaching announcements will be made today or throughout the weekend, I guess we can dismiss the tweet as nonsense.
Speaking as someone who typos every third word (team effort between me and Auto-Correct) and liberally uses the Edit function I wouldn't necessarily make that a disqualifier...😉😎
Will be interesting to see if Stevens addresses the media before/after the Celtics game tonight. He could easy squash this once for all if it's not happening. He has to know the question will be asked...again.
And also Bill Clinton did not have sexual relations with that woman.

Well if it turns out to be bullshit at least he has more people to hold him accountable. Way different than an anonymous poster making claims on a message board.

Probably not. I’ve said I’d replace him if we could afford to and apparently we could. Dolson’s fund raising experience and skills are apparently outstanding. Glad he’s AD rather than a clown like you who thought firing Archie after one year was appropriate.

Of course he almost certainly wouldn’t have been fired if IU got into the tournament. You’d have to be dumb to think he would have been. I’m sure you would have, which would be proof of that.
