Agree. I don't get all the Chick-fil-A love. The drive-thru line goes fast, but it tastes like every other mediocre chicken shack joint out there. Meh.

Popeyes is better, but typically not convenient.

Culvers is also a well run operation in my experiences with them. Best chocolate shake in the fast food category too.
Culver's is the best fast food burger in America. In and Out can go f-ck themselves.

That's an old, mostly true though, stereotype of Popeyes. Their is a great SNL skit about that. But They are putting them everywhere now. The food is way better than CFA and the service is not bad. I will give CFA credit on the service level. It's the best in the fast food world by far.

I haven't seen any in a long time. Shit, you can barely find staples like McDonalds, BK or Tbell in any middle and upper class suburbs these days. It's all QSR.

The fries are better and the fried chicken is better. But, you can actually eat semi-healthy at CFA, relatively speaking. And if you want to indulge yourself, the shakes are fvcking liquid gold.

I would rather have gas station chicken but when put in the category of fast food….its the best I’ll be it not a high bar

Not just gays, non-bigots. Although they always release a statement pulling back when they see it will cost them money.

that is, one well run organization, they can afford to alienate the gays, the Lucy's and other groups, counted 28 vehicles in front of me when I got in line, had my sandwich in 7 minutes, never encountered or seen any employees with face tattoos or meth mouth. in contrast the burger king next door had 3 people in their line the last car was still there as I was leaving.
And Kackla wants to tax the hell out of them and give their profits to achieve equity of outcomes or whatever socialist wording describes it.

This is just factually incorrect. They have the best fries and it's not even close. That alone means they aren't "shit". But they do have a good amount of shit menu items but the Double QP with fries is a solid fast food choice.
McDonald’s has good fries, that’s true. Freddie’s fries are better though.

The egg McMuffin and sausage egg McMuffin are solid breakfast sandwiches.

So I was right....IU did have one... It was in the main library.

And they kicked them out like a decade ago, because there is nothing the administrators at IU cannot fk up.
IU definitely had one. I may or may not have had a friend get arrested for a DUI in front of the library, on a Sunday, on his way to Chick-Fil-A.

Is the egg McMuffin the one with no actual egg in it?
No, it has an egg on it. Typically a real egg but sometimes they’ll try to sneak that crap from a carton on it.

Or they used to. I used to stop somewhat regularly for a sandwich on my way to work. Before Covid when they were actually open early.

I’m not sure if they still do that.

No, that would be Burger King.

Also, how the hell is long John silvers still in business? Who eats that slop?

Never really liked BK. But still think their burgers are better than anything McDs puts out.

Wow forgot about Long John's. Don't see many of those still around.

I was driving through southern Kentucky a couple months back and saw a Captain D's. That was one I didn't know still existed at all. Recall going to those with my grandparents when I was a kid.

If go through Evansville and Henderson Ky it is a trip down memory lane….GD ritzys, taco John’s and a long John silvers. Oh and a Steak ‘n Shake still open. Guess what? I don’t go to any of them.

Why is this even remarkable?

I’m not a bit surprised you would find it necessary to comment about beliefs you don’t agree with in connection with a chicken sandwich, but I still wonder why.

FWIW, I like Starbucks coffee and I don’t give a rip about their politics.
I thought Kurt was referring to their religious beliefs, not political. Christians can be liberal, too.

Until recently, there was LJS in Noblesville on the main drag over by the hospital. Always had someone at the drive thru at lunch. So nasty.

Curiosity got the best of me.

The one in the Indy airport was so fvcking bad. That didn't stop a poor college kid from going there a few times though.
