Central Michigan QB, 6-7 240lb stud who can move a bit

I'm watching Central Michigan/Kentucky on ESPNU and it makes me scratch my head how they can get a QB like this. The kid looks pretty good at 6-7 with mobility.

Just thinking out loud I guess. They currently lead 3-0. Terry Wilson, longtime IU target is starting QB for Big Blue.
