A challenge

Supported Ukraine without triggering WW3.
I'll give Marvin his but do you have any idea how much money we've given Ukraine? Find something else because I think half the country is about done paying taxes after the 40 bill that is going out the back door and right back into the politicians pockets.

Unemployment continuing downward trend to pre-COVID levels.

Like there is a choice? Inflation is so high what are people gonna do? Its either work or steal and crime is at an all time high as well.

That's not exactly true. Because the number of people looking for jobs is still down, reflecting that Boomers are still on pace with retirements.

And there is a 0% chance crime is at an all-time high.

What a dumb take. Seriously, you have a stupid response to everything.

So if we had less inflation but unemployment was 6.5 percent you'd be happy? You will always find a reason to complain, but at least do it in an intelligent way.

Whatever there still seems to be a waiter, waitress shortage, and cooks. Places are still limited. Not all, but some.
Dumb take, stupid response, intelligent way. LOL

We have around 60% plus employment rate which is an extreme low. Which is why employment rates are down. People have left the job market.
Which would be entirely counter to his original claim that the unemployment rate is low because people are forced to work because of inflation.

It can't both be true that (1) no one is looking for a job and dropped out of the job market AND (2) that everyone is working because the economic conditions force them to work. Those are contradictory claims.

Beyond that, it's 1% off where it was pre-COVID, so "extreme low" might be a bit hyperbolic. Indeed, I'd be willing to wager the dropoff in the participation rate has more to do with Boomer's retiring than anything.

Passed a critically needed infrastructure bill.
You do know that most of the infrastructure bill was baked into the 5year-renewal of the highway trust fund bill. But Biden will be given credit for something new and great by the rubes.

Would love to see the maff on that
Agreed. Comparing anything to the 2020 budget is comparing apples to kittens. It's probably not even a fair assessment to compare his next budget to the 2019 budget because a LOT has changed since 2020 domestically & globally.

I welcome a set of data that shows that crime rates more than doubled since the last year of complete information, which is the only way that his statement would be accurate beyond Tucker Carlson saying so, so it must be true.
So in other words, where you accused someone of lying you pulled out a data source that didn’t verify your accusation?

sure, if that's how you want to play it to protect your buddy. He made the statement with no facts whatsoever. I at least provided some data to show he's nucking futs.

So show me where I'm wrong that he's wrong.

He’s not my buddy - but you’re acting like a fool. The claim was that UNDER BIDEN, crime is way up.

I suspect it’s true (but double is hyperbole) - but there is no data yet available for 2021. So you, who doesn’t think he’s wrong - shows data from Obama and Trump presidencies to prove it isn’t up UNDER BIDEN.

Do you see a problem here?

Violent crime. Reduction in cops skews petty crime as less cops are around to deal with it

I do see the problem....you share his reading comprehension issues, because his statement was not what you stated.

VIolent crime is up. There's nothing to debate. I blame it on woke politicians at the local level and anti cop rhetoric giving rise to retirements and resignations. For the record I don't blame Biden

Some of us have the ability of nuance. Some of us don’t. I don’t take all time high to be the birth of the country. I’m looking for a local high - and it could very well be true. Though I’m nearly certain most of the spike would be in 2020 and especially in states with strong lockdown laws and lost business.

He was clearly talking about Biden and this we need 2021 to Present data. Your link doesn’t show it. While it’s unlikely to show a 250 yr high, I suspect we’ll be near or at a local high.

I thought the data was up until 2019 but did not dig into it.

From Oct 2021 and specific to murder, which is up significantly, yet not anywhere near all-time highs nor even 50 year highs: Despite rising sharply in 2020, the U.S. murder rate remains below the levels of the early 1990s. The 2020 homicide rate of 7.8 homicides per 100,000 people was 22% below the rate of 1991 (10 homicides per 100,000 people) and far below the rates recorded in much of the 1970s and 1980s, according to the CDC. As is the case for violent and property crime rates more broadly, the U.S. murder rate has generally trended downward in recent decades, though 2020 was an obvious exception.

This info is dated Nov 2020, so more dated than the above link

Imagine Pollyanna Progressives, with all of the access to this data, and gaining an understanding that violent crime rates are significantly lower than the 90s, still advocating for Defund the Police.

One of these parties is an embarrassment - and one is completely unfit to govern.

So, what's your interpretation of what "all-time high" means? You've quickly pivoted off of your criticism of KCM's data to a new political complaint unrelated to the data because it sure looks like KCM was right in his criticism of the claim that your boy was making.

Just keep firing blindly...you'll come close to a good point eventually.
