She now spends a lot of time campaigning for other detransitioners’ stories to be heard. This is not easy work. Outspoken detransitioners are often maligned. One gender-medicine doctor has criticised the use of the term “detransitioner”, saying, with extraordinary cruelty, “it doesn’t really mean anything”. Dr Littman’s study found that only 24% of detransitioners told their doctors transitioning had not worked out. This may help explain why some dismiss the phenomenon.

This has always been my concern with the offense. You look at teams like UConn and Purdue and those guys are pressing hard to create chaos off the ball. That generates defensive switches, which can help forge passing lanes that eventually opens up driving lanes and/or open looks at baskets. The ball tends to stick in each players hands as opposed to speeding up the defensive positioning using continual crisp ball movement.

It's a small sample size and it's a meaningless scrimmage so I certainly won't vilify CMW based on H.H. performance.....but it felt like a team going through the motions. Personally, I think you need to practice like you play.

This is an important criticism of Trump.

Who would he put into a cabinet and other important positions? He’s burned so many bridges. And you’re right that he did have some legit ones in his first term (Mnuchin, Mattis, Tillerson, Sessions, McMaster, Kelly, etal). Even Pence, who I’ve never liked much, is a generally sensible and sober person.

Virtually all of them are on the outs. So who does he put in now? Laura Loomer?

The song with the best student/crowd participation this year has been "Don't Stop Believing". That was the Maryland game. Not sure why they didn't try it again during the Nebraska game.

I'm good with that one, though I'd prefer "R.O.C.K. in the USA" or "Gimme Some Lovin'".

I am not good with any other of the above suggestions (well, maybe "Livin' on a Prayer", but I swear to G@d I will never set foot inside MS again if they play a Madonna song)

Trump is very ineffectual at moving an agenda into law. He got like 2 or 3 meaningful bills to his desk in 4 years…two of which when his party had a trifecta.

His throw to Sarrat was outstanding. And from my vantage point, Andison goes 40 yards or whatever it was for the score if he doesn't drop that one late.

The ONLY thing that concerns me about Tayven is making conservative decisions. He threw picks last year because he trusted his arm to make throws he shouldn't have gambled on. Hopefully between experience, scheme, playcalling, & coaching that will be reduced significantly. If he takes care of the ball, I have no reason to think he can't be just as effective as Kurtis from a pure throwing perspective.

One thing someone mentioned previously when Kurtis first went down was that an injury to QB1 like that creates a sense of urgency for all of the other position groups to stay locked in. I think there's going to be a lot of truth to that and I look for the OL & RBs as well as the defense to bring their A+ games on Saturday to keep things rolling even with Kurtis's absence.

That's the best part of all this... we got a crew on here using the scrimmage as a reason to shat on this team before they've played a real game.. and some of them didn't even f*cking watch it. 😂🤣

They are both awful. An unmitigated disaster to have these two as choices. We deserve whatever misery is coming.

I'm confident inflation will be bad under both. Part of me is looking forward to it. Especially the shock that Trump is not the economic savior assuming he wins.

As an alum and lifelong fan of IU Football/Basketball (men AND women)/Baseball/Soccer, I can't be happier when we succeed and get recognition. As someone that is also ultimately responsible for these pregame/game broadcasts working as intended, it causes some non-fan heartburn lol. Each iteration of pregame is more demanding, so as you sit on your couch or crowd the pregame stage to get on camera, remember there are many hard working IU employees that contribute to making it happen. Not sure there is anything you could even do about this but, if it's possible, we need to have the band, the Red Steppers, the cheerleaders, and as many students and fans as is practical organized to stay after the game to provide a backdrop for the Game Day talent while they're doing their Post game wrap up...

The background for the Big Noon wrap up looked kinda weak on screen... (band sort of hanging around in the distance, no one else in the scene...)...

Don't get me wrong, this isn't intended to be any type of major criticism... I doubt many even noticed... This is just meant as information to help make things look even better than they already do... (and you guys appeared to have done a great job last weekend)...
