GameDay @ Bloomington just announced...

I needed confirmation...but the Red River Shootout games were really the only GameDays I can remember for noon games (3:30 this year, though).

That said...given this setup...I firmly believe the last hour of the show this week, given our noon start, will be either where the Fox setup was last week on the field, or up on the deck behind/next to the band on the north end.
I think I read they would be moving inside the stadium at 11:30, Tough decision for kids who want to get on Game Day but also good seats for football. Heard some kids are camping out.

Well unless you live in one of about 7 states your (and my) choice is irrelevant.

I'll take some advice on some good write in names, though

I was going to write in Daniels. I’ve always thought he’d make a great president. But since he’s retired from politics, I’m enthusiastically writing in somebody who isn’t even constitutionally eligible to hold the office…

Trump didn’t govern as an authoritarian.

That’s debatable. I think he was unaccustomed to having to work in collaboration with a legislature to advance policy.

There’s a lot of talk about ditching the Senate filibuster to reduce the amount of compromise and consent to pass legislation - and we shouldn’t forget that Trump advocated for this before the Democrats did. McConnell thankfully told him to go fly a kite.

And I can believe that he has some envy for dictators who don’t have to do that messy kind of persuasion.

But he also made a good faith effort to pare back the regulatory state -- which is anti-authoritarian.

Poll: Fascist vs Progressive

Cancer or AIDS?

Nope. I’m not voting for anybody who seeks to empower government at the expense of private citizens - however beneficent they claim to be in doing so.

I’ll just hang up and listen.
The leftists don't realize they're the face of Fascism in this country

Or they do and just don't care and are working on the most stupid. Under 30 crowd

Trump didn’t govern as an authoritarian. All he did was shoot off his mouth, which he does often

On the other hand, the recent suit by the USA vs Virginia is authoritarian in real time.
Engaging in this kind of exaggerated name calling is not only stupid and petty strategic politics, it shows substantial ignorance . . .

You typed that and it fits a certain unfit candidate for President exceptionally well.

Is VMI at it again, or is this the 90 day cooling off period? We should require states to change their name after court cases to clear up confusion.

Assuming it is the 90 day, there is a law about a 90 day cooling off period before a federal election. Did Virginia violate it? I do not know, isn't that the role of a court? If they were violating, what would be the remedy come January? If they are not violating it, the court can expedite and VA can continue on. Anyone who does vote illegally would also be committing a federal crime and should be charged. With the press it has received it would take a foolhardy person to vote knowing they are on the list.

The problem is, and you know this as well as I, no purge is 100%. They have 14 days, who knows what events would prevent people from responding in that time frame. I know a lot of people who go to Europe longer than that.

If they checked they are a non resident, they receive a "driver privilege" license, not a Real ID. Virginia has an ID law, that license should in no way allow them to vote, even if they risked it.

I have no problem with removing ineligible voters. But there is that 90 day thing, it is there for a reason. That reason is not to remove legal voters after it is too late for them to fix it.

Be honest. It's not just the generals. It's basically everyone that interacted with him during his 1st admin, including his own VP, Chief of Staff, National Security Advisor, and much of his cabinet.

When this many one time allies tell you he's unfit for office, maybe one would be wise to listen. If this was a business, nobody would rehire such a CEO.
Again, these guys could literally walk in on Trump on top of their wives in bed and still find a way to defend it. Brainwashed.

October surprise!

DANC listen to me. Fired. Resigned. Constructive discharge. nobody cares about some disgruntled old ee now. How are we looking in NC? Have you been asked to lead any voter outreach initiatives? Fill us in. How are we looking?
Well, we're having to fight the floods in the heavily Trump areas of the state. The Dems will do anything to keep Republicans from voting.

Supposedly big Republican turnout for early voting. I've been visiting the nursing homes and collecting votes there and taking them to drop-off boxes, now that I know tracking is supposedly impossible.

I’m saying we don’t need the same old dudes getting air time. Is that good enough? Oh and both have been on gameday.

Blind faith in a political leader

The threshold question for any candidate for president of the United States is are they fit to serve. Trump isn’t. And that’s not just me talking. That’s the belief of many people who worked closely with him, people who know him best. Like his Chief of Staff, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, his defense secretary and his Vice President.

So no, you can’t gloss over “the person, ” particularly when the person is Trump.

And if you still want to talk about policy, let’s talk the economy. Trump’s economic plan sucks. It will crater the economy. Again, not just me talking but the overwhelming majority of 39 economists surveyed by the Wall Street Journal, along with Bloomberg Economics and Goldman Sachs.
I'm confused. Who was it that tanked the economy in the last four years? Good lord, the road of economic destruction leads right to the Biden/Harris White House. DJT had nothing but economic success in his four years in office.
