I thought Tayven would run more. On a lot of those read options the end crashed or froze and he still handed off. There were a few times he had 15 easy yards and handed off.
That one run of his for a TD was a stellar one. Cignetti praised his good decision making on that particular play during Fischer’s post game show. I know what you mean though, he did hand off a lot.
I was bitching during the game about TJ not keeping the ball himself like I thought he should. It wouldn't surprise me if he'd been told not to and to let his backs do the job.
Lots of difference makers on this outfit. But my favorite operative is Bostad. The difference in OL results since he took over is off the chart. Wasn't 1 iota surprised when Cignetti kept him. OL can't block, offense don't execute much. 2+2!
