I do think he tried to cheat the election. It was a F up. I knew we were in no danger and no it now but still. If it is for someone I get it. And you know I’m not soft. Want me to unload on our military guy?
They stole it. You don't even know what happened in the election. What the Dems and the deep state did is 100x bigger threat to our democracy than anything Trump ever has.

And what Hillary and the Dems did in 16. But orange man bad. Lmao.

This is a good idea

I have friends who do that. Then the shitty city immediately starts citing them for shit. Got out of it. Let it rot

Good point, these empty homes often attract construction handyman who very well may have helped rental landlords along with unhouseable tenants ruin the home in the first place.

Also doesn't take long for an empty house to deteriorate beyond repair.

City inspectors and their building codes can be a problem, especially for under funded investors and their handyman who just think they know what they are doing.

Having said all that, In many ways it is easier to build a home than it is to restore one. On the other hand, the high cost of new homes is making restoration of older homes more reasonable than was once the case.

This is a good idea

Precisely.

I don’t think I would want to underwrite the loan of somebody who approaches higher education in the old view that education itself is its own value and shouldn’t have a pricetag put on it.

That view is the reason we’re in the pickle we’re in. It does sound nicer than my view — I’ll give it that.
Disagree that view is the reason we're in this position. It has many, many causes. One of them is our insistence in high school of pushing kids into college who are only going because they think it helps them get a job and believe they'll be "lesser" people if they don't have a college degree.

There are many more causes, too, that are much more influential than a view of education as a value in and of itself.

All but the Susquehanna poll (Michigan) are within the MOE.

So how soon 'til Trump declares victory? Election night? November 6? Tomorrow?
An interesting analysis from former Bush Chief of staff and veteran of multiple campaigns Matthew Dowd.

I posted current polling numbers that reflect a toss up election. I didn’t think that would be triggering. But I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by your response and tone. Anyone who has a user name that references a guy’s balls has to be more than a little fvcked up.

Ah, always deflecting because you are scared. I get it, your party’s strategy was a disaster and now you are grasping. Trump was far behind in the last two. A toss up means he is way ahead and the trends are Kamala headed into the toilet.

Follow the dollars.

Honestly I’m okay with people holding on to Jan 6 and election shit. If that’s your reason it’s fine. What I don’t tolerate is this shitty admin’s glow up. They’re horrible
Not gonna lie, I'm kind of with you here, which hurts, because you're such an unbearable ass, but I can't get behind people defending Biden or Harris or really any Dems at all. The Democratic party of the past fifteen years has sucked major ass. I'm only voting for Harris because I think Trump is dangerous in the one area that I think is more important than all others. That's it.

I mean, if you really, truly think that Harris will be a great president, more power to you, but I honestly think you're probably full of shit. To me, she's simply Not Trump.

Looking For Crowd Song?

Back to your suggestion though, I like where your heads at. It doesn't HAVE to be hip-hop or rock or even something remotely new. OSU does "Hang on Sloopy," your suggestion, "Dixieland Delight" at Bama. It just has to be something that is fun to sing a long to.

If we go this route, I say we try "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" (live version, or course) given the below:

1) Debatable, but isn't one of the theories being that "Hoosiers" are basically hayseeds?

2) Don't think any CFB teams use it, except for a couple MLB teams, and our own Hoosiers baseball team.

3) Easily recognizable and singable. Starts quick and gets to the chorus quick. Would pass the Kilroys late night test.

May be worth at least trying...see if it catches?

I think Mark just sees January 6th and can’t see past it.

You're right. That and the various attempts to overthrow the election. And the theft of state secrets, which no one seems to be able to justify or dismiss, so they just ignore it.

I think it’s not as big a deal to a lot of people who are struggling every day, and blame Joe and Kamala for that.

A lot of that blame is misplaced. The inflation spike was a shock to the system, but overall it's not been the cataclysm people like to make it out to be. The alternative was to risk a recession and job loss.
