Tomorrow we are traveling from Banff to Whitefish. Who knows the best way to stream the game? We won't have interwebs much of the way but I really want to listen as much as I can.

let us know how long that takes. I'd also like to know how far Whitefish is from a proper airport.

It's a 4 or 5 hour drive to Whitefish from Banff. 1 /2 hours to Calgary and then another 3 hours from Calgary to Whitefish.

Or, there's a more direct route, but it's through the mountains.

Forget that damn football game. Your bride don’t want to hear that shit Marv. You’re in one of the most beautiful places of all. Look at the scenery. Look into her eyes. Talk about it. Damn stupid football. Come on

Do you have serious XM? It will be there. If not and your vehicle is enabled, you can subscribe in minutes.

I envy you. Have a great drive.

The route through the mountains from Banff to Kalispell was interesting. It goes through the Rockies but isn't a mountain road. It runs along a valley for about 110 km, I know because of a sign, "no cell service the next 110 km."

One comes out at Radium Hot Springs. The last 3 miles is a mountain road, one drops down from 6-12 %.

Radium Hot Springs are hot springs people can swim in warmed by radon. They claim the levels are too low to be of concern.

So one sees a lot of mountains, streams, lakes. We saw a mountain goat and its calf.

See any secluded cabins for sale?

Most of that was Canadian National Park, I don't think there were structures. Inside Glacier there are cabins, grandfathered in from when it became a park. Long ago many gave their land to NPS, now those cabins sell for $12-$15 million. People tend not to donate them anymore.

You regret the sleeping arrangement?
