I don't know how many times I've explained the huge differences between the cases. They're not slightly different, they're massively different. Make no mistake, I was all for charging and prosecuting HRC under the gross negligence standard of the law, and be fine with prosecuting Biden (can't do until out of office, by the way) and Pence under that same standard. Trump's crime is DELIBERATE, not negligence, and they also have him for conspiracy to obstruct and obstruction of justice. These are not close to being the same as the other cases.
I've explained this and wasted my time several times doing it. Those with Trump Devotion Syndrome refuse to acknowledge the huge differences. If I'm Biden I preemptively pardon Trump and close it up. Still have the Georgia case which is very much similar to the federal election interference case. Don't know if they close that one out, but Biden can't pardon Trump in that one. I'm moving on and not wasting anymore time explaining anything to those that refuse to see.
