What do these courts and prosecutors do now?

No one knows. This is a first. A sitting President will be facing a state court judge who might order him to prison. Fascinating.

That judge/prosecutor would get murdered. Either drop it or a plea. There’s too many crazies out there

I will add that the ny shit is just stupid but GA is what made me believe he tried to cheat the election. Not okay. Sounds like that prosecutor’s office is a clown show tho. Lost all credibility. Just drop it or plea down

Can they suspend the cases and hold the statute of limitations?
Eh have to look up GA for tolling. If Rico it’s X years from the last predicate act. Can file dismiss refile and toll if again permissible by statute. No idea if that D is a sitting president. My GUESS is that can’t toll until 2029. Figuring all that out is like algebra
@Aloha Hoosier im smarter than you. By a significant margin btw

AG James still seems dead set on getting Trump sentenced to time in Sing Sing and emptying his wallet.
She gets to argue the appellant issues still. Hard to believe any judge worth his salt would go along now.
