God dammit this shit is infuriating as a parent.
This is all sorts of fvcked up - from moving to CA from TX (moving the kids away from the dad, who seemingly wanted to be involved in raising his kids) to unilateral decision-making around permanent affects of gender transition.
Story:
Jeff Younger, of Texas, is desperately attempted to block his ex-wife Dr. Anne Georgulas from chemically castrating their son, James, nine.

A California judge sealed a key transgender custody case ahead of trial. Jeff Younger says the court is trying to hide its "corruption."

Now, admitted Jeff is bias and we aren't getting Anne's side of the story. But, I cannot imagine a legitimate defense, even if the kid seems to show signs of wanting to be feminine for permanent castration, along with other transitioning ideas well before puberty. What am I missing?
