We need to look into being able to wear our Crimson jerseys up at ND

Not sure if ND breaks out the green jerseys for this game. Most home games are the blue jerseys.

All we would seem to need to do is coordinate with their promotional people to pull it off... Red and Green for Christmas..., what's not to like?

I'm fairly certain I've seen them in their greens at least twice over the past three years... Don't know why they wouldn't want to do it aside from it not being "their" idea... They're supposed to be "the Irish" for gosh sakes... When has anyone ever connected the color navy blue with Ireland or Leprechauns??

As long as the opponents uniform color is clearly different from the home teams uni's there shouldn't be any real issue involved aside from administrative confirmation...

If Notre Dame wants to put on the best show they ought to have everyone looking their best... 🍺

So far it will be a high of 30-with a low of 21 degrees, with a 16% chance of precipitation on game day! No snow yet!

The key will be the wind.. If it stays below 7mph it shouldn't be a major issue... If it's blowing at 15-17 and gusting up to 25, not only will it feel colder, it will also have an affect on the ball when its inflight...

Here's hoping for something around 2-5 mph...

Uniform colors and helmet designs were much more important when Indiana had little chance of winning. I’d like to see someone tell CCC that helmets were a recruiting tool. Put the Hoosiers in freaking white so the receivers are easier for Rourke to identify- particularly at night. Sorry for my lack of Christmas spirit.

Guess you're the only one on here who missed The Oaken Bucket Game...

Doesn’t ND have lights?

Less than a zero percent chance ND doesn't wear either green or traditional blue in Notre Dame stadium.

And they wouldn't allow for two dark colors in such an important game.

If IU has worn the same road unis all year, they should stick with whatever those have been. All whites, Hoosiers on the chest, red helmets...

I always think the all white is such a clean look. Love it on the Hoosiers. Love it when the Colts wear it. And definitely love it when my Center Grove Trojans wear it.

If Cig were more in to changing helmets and such, an actual all white, with white helmets, would probably be pretty damn cool. But obviously I love his approach that things like that don't matter. We have our sets of uniforms, that's what we're gonna wear, the game on December 20th isnt any different than any other road game we've played thus far...
