US economy adds 353,000 jobs in January

Buying everywhere around me. Medium cities like Bloomington Normal as well as small surrounding towns. Still not enough inventory in the 150-350k range.
For most of us, life choices play at least as big as part as who is President in how we are doing.
Lifestyle choices, advanced education/vocational training, divorce, living behind your means, etc. all impact our financial standing. But it is easier to blame the president than look in the mirror.

I understand Biden was going to deal with inflation the instant he took office because of COVID spending. I understand he tried things that didn't work and is working to fix them. You've tried to place all of inflation at the feet of Biden. That's false on its face. Now you're going to vote for his likely opponent, who, if he had his way would've injected double of what was already spent during COVID in an effort to buy your vote and pump up the economy in the short term in an election year.

- The inflation rate has dropped dramatically, nearing the Fed's goal of 2%.
- The US has had 24 consecutive months of an unemployment rate below 4%, the longest such streak since the 1960s.
- The US has added 14.8 million jobs since January 2021, with a gain of 5.4 million jobs since just prior to the pandemic.
- The bipartisan infrastructure law and the IRA collectively have accounted for hundreds of thousands of new jobs. The IRA alone is projected to create 1.5 million more jobs over the next decade.

if prices do come down and of course not to pre pandemic levels but down some where people can notice it you'll see movement away from the belief that trump is 20 points better on handling the economy. what resonates is what people see and feel during the course of their activities of daily living. i saw a thing the other day that hte number one concern of voters today is grocery prices. people don't want to vote for trump other than hardcore people. so if dems lose the woke obsession and moderate prices trump will lose imo
personally i want biden to lose no matter what but reasonable people can disagree
