Orange Jesus can have seal team 6 assinate his political opponents and not be prosecuted for it. If that is Orange Jesus’s position, then old man Biden could do the same to his opponent. To be fair, he said that since the stock market is going to crash, he hopes it happens this year rather than next, after he's been elected. Doesn't want to have what happened to Hoover happen to him.

If the COA rejects immunity, the USSC could just decline to review meaning that the decision stands. The lawyers here can say if that's wrong or not, but that's how I understand it. If that's right, yes, there can be a trial well before November and before the primaries are over.

And according to his attorney unless he’s convicted by the senate in an impeachment trial then he can’t be prosecuted for any crime. Also said he essentially could have deal team 6 assinate his political opponents without criminal recourse. So with that, let’s say he’s on trial in the senate and about to be convicted. But if he calls out seal team 6 to assinate the two senators that will give the 2 thirds required to convict, then he couldn’t be convicted because he murdered his jurors. Lord what country do we live in. There is zero hope for those who believe in this piece of dog s**t. He’ll have a great seat for eternity with Hitler and Satan in hell. Yeah, I said earlier I think it's 50-50 as to whether SCOTUS grants certiorari. If they deny cert they've decided not to take the case and the DC Circuit's opinion is the final word.
My opinion is that SCOTUS should take it up expeditiously and force the justices to decide whether we will have a functioning democracy or a dictatorship.

The argument that impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate are prerequisites for a criminal prosecution is absurd, unsupported anywhere in the Constitution or statutory law, illogical and insane, and could lead to all kinds of crazy, dangerous and despotic situations like the one you set forth.

He’s trying really hard to get kicked out of the courtroom, talking loudly and yelling at the judge.
That will play well to much of his base. The left created this publicity stunt, but they chose the wrong subject to be the star. The left is purposely creating the civil war pulling this shit.
