Trump indicted….again

Doesn’t take a lot of skill which I definitely have little of to go to the fbi website or the DOJ website to see the indictments and prosecutions.
I suspect there will be some pretty uncomfortable behinds at the FBI for paying this guy who has admitted he lied about the Biden bribery scheme and was in contact with Russian intelligence officials. I’d imagine they’re the same ones who have been meddling in our elections. I’d bet you agree with Orange Trump that the Russians can do whatever the hell they want with our NATO allies. You know the ones who went to war and lost soldiers after 911. They lived up to their article 5 obligations. But hey just F them. Let the Russians have Ukraine then Poland then the Chech Republic then Germany and Great Britain. Who needs them anyway.
You just can’t fix stupid and it’s really difficult to save those that have had too much orange kool aid.
That's a lot of words to say you are making it up about all FBI lawsuits are public knowledge.

The Russians had their chance to ravage Ukraine and other European countries, but didn't during Trump's 4 years. But they did under Obama and Biden.

How hard a skillet needs to be applied to your head before reality sets in for you?

Sorry but the orange kool aid drinkers will not remember any of his transgressions or deny they are legitimate. There is absolutely no hope for them. They are the same ones who believe that Jewish space lasers started the California wildfires. MTG sure does. Time to cull the herd.
Seems a tad overboard. Care to elaborate.

He's indicted again
Just can't wait to be indicted again.
His life love is paying fines for Fani again, he's indicted again.
Ok this one has promise. Stay TUNED my friends.

Such a dem way to stereotype Hillbillies, trailers. You are really going to enjoy the 24' election.
Sorry if I hit home with you orange Trumpers. Can’t wait for all the convictions. Really looking forward to NY state fire sale on his properties. He still owes over $400M to lenders on them. My cup runneth over.

Who is the FBI suing?
No idea what he means.

Not sure if this is detailed in the indictment or not, but the DOJ and FBI had been suspicious of Smirnov for a while. One thing that made Barr and his team suspicious was inconsistency in his reports to his handler...

In 2017 when Biden was out of office, Smirnov had informed his handler that Burisma was interested in entering US markets thru an IPO offering. That's all he said, no other comment. He made periodic reports over the next 3 years, but nothing regarding Burisma.

Then suddenly in 2020 after Biden had become a candidate for POTUS, he out of nowhere comes forward with the claim that in a meeting with Burisma exces they told him about the $5 million bribe to get Shokin off their backs. But Barr was immediately suspicious for among other reasons that he didn't report this "blockbuster news" at any meeting with his handler between 2017 and 2020. Yet IIRC, he claimed he had been given that news at a meeting in 2017.

He also had ties to Putin. In fact Barr concluded that he was likely spreading Russian disinfo. They didn't have any proof at the time, but they didn't place any real credence in the claims. That's why the FBI was reluctant to even release the DF 1023, and why they only did so after Comer Pyle threatened Wray (another Republican) with contempt.

Lev Parnas who was in charge of Trump's fishing expedition in Ukraine 2019-2020 and had personally met with both Shokin and Zlochevsky reported back in 2020 that there was no evidence to support the DF 1023. He testified before the (GOP) Senate committee in the spring off 2020 that was charged with investigating "Biden's corruption" in Ukraine. They had launched the investigation as an attempt to help Trump, but they never uncovered anything resembling evidence...

The thing is that earlier this summer Parnas sent a 10 page letter to Comer telling him that his "impeachment" was a wild goose chase. He spelled out in detail what he knew from working in Ukraine for Trump/Giuliani. He told him the DF 1023 was fake, and offered to testify in person before Comer's committee. Comer ignored the letter and when pressed by Dems on why he wouldn't want Parnas to testify Comer said that Parnas and his info were "irrelative to the case"...

Hey with Trump breathing his sweaty breath down your back and when you're desperate to get your 30 secs of fame, what's a guy to do? Smirnov, and the earlier Chinese-Iran agent (who coincidentally also had an Israeli passport) were his aces in the hole. I doubt he'll fold sensibly, he's all in so he'll bluff as long as he can...

Yes, the timing of Smirnov’s allegations is interesting. And Smirnov supposedly has ties to Russian Intelligence. Man, it’s almost like Russia wanted to smear a certain candidate in 2020.

The Comer crew characterization of Smirnov as a "long time, trusted FBI source" seems at best to be a stretch...

"But court documents show that law enforcement officials have long harbored doubts about the veracity of Mr. Smirnov’s reports and assertions he made about his associations that seemed intended to overstate his importance."

An example of that was when he told his handler that he was introduced to Burisma executives by a "Russian gangster"...

How long till Trump starts referring to him as a "hostage"?

lmao He worked for the FBI for 14 years and they considered him a reliable source.

The only reason they're going after him now is because he ratted out the Bidens.

Doesn't really matter - his testimony isn't critical to the investigation. There are many more damning situations.

Notice how his lead actually increases if he's convicted in the DC case. The people are tired of this shit!
You link lousy polls. Nearly every poll shows a big drop in Trump support if he’s convicted. The SC exit polls show as much as 30 percent loss in support. Your ridiculous poll says “convicted for inciting. . .” and he’s not even charged with that. Very dumb. You’re backing a big time loser.

Listen to Cannon's questioning.

However, Cannon pushed back -- suggesting on two separate occasions that the argument would not merit dismissal -- and said that Blanche's argument would be better suited at trial, rather than in a motion to dismiss.
"I am not seeing how any of that leads to a dismissal of the indictment," Cannon said.
Cannon concluded the hearing Thursday saying she would take the motions under advisement.
"I will be ruling on them promptly," she said.
