No wonder the Dems wanted election officials protected, not just Supreme Court justices. The harm he has done to so many people merely because of his narcissism is unimaginable.

I don't expect him to be totally abandoned. Remember that Nixon had roughly 30% support when he resigned. But what needs to happen is a death blow to Trump's influence and any prospect of him gaining power again. I think that's still possible.
The Committee's investigation has clearly been exhaustive. Justice has requested transcripts. I think we can safely assume that your second question can be answered in the affirmative.

If the DOJ doesn't charge trump they should fire everyone and lock the doors. If setting up a plan to try and bypass the results of an election doesn't warrant charges then we don't have a functional justice system.

Went to my dad's over the weekend and politics came up. That's never a good thing around my dad and step-mom but the first thing out of her mouth was I don't understand how people can be so tied to one guy like people are to Trump. I almost fainted with surprise. They said they are Republicans, not "Trumpcans" as they put it. They said its been 2 years and people need to move on he needs to stop talking about it.
Now, if he runs again, they'll vote for him because I don't think either have ever voted for a Dem in their life, but that's sticking with party lines, IMO.

She may charge and convict, but this was an attempt to subvert a Federal election. The DOJ needs to charge everyone involved and let the chips fail as they may.
Garland cannot bring charges that don't guarantee a slam dunk conviction. I'd rather see there be no charges than for Trump to be "totally exonerated" again.

Does it matter? He's referring to a conversation where Bowers gave credit to Trump for his election as his excuse for expecting Bowers to abuse his position. Trump is basically acknowledging asking to throw out Arizona's votes. He's a POS.

It's weird what he's been doing. Today right before the committee convened he posted that Bowers agreed with him that the election was rigged. Bald faced lie. He did the same thing to Pence, Tweeting right before Jan 6 that he and Pence agreed that Pence had the authority to send the Electors back to the states. Another bald faced lie. It's like he's challenging them to contradict him. Does he think they'll blink?
Nah, the healthcare plan was always a couple weeks from being released.
The other running joke was “it’s infrastructure week” being announced and then getting sidetracked by some BS self created crisis within the administration.
