Maybe they don't want to be administrators or do STEM. Part of you dems problem is putting people into boxes and making assumptions about what these groups want or need. People are individuals making their own choices.It is a good argument. Women dominate teaching, men dominate school administration. Guess which pays more.
Women most certainly do not dominate STEM degrees. The article below says 60% are male. Show me some stat suggesting otherwise.

Not everyone cares about money, status or career.
There's a lot of truth there. The politicians in both parties try to act like they've looking out for the good of the country and it's citizens when, in reality, the only thing they are concerned about is themselves and their party.
I might agree with O'Reilly on a lot of things but I never want to watch him. On his show he would ask a question and when he didn't like the answer he hept interrupting. I kept thinking "You asked the damn question, let them answer even if you don't agree with their answer.
