I don't know if anyone here can do choreography for the cheer squad but I am thinking about a Quinn Buckner cheer for next season. Rock Assembly Hall with the Creams screaming Quinn and the Crimsons then roaring Buckner. Least we can do to show our appreciation for his guidance putting this coaching staff together.

True. We're all bitching about roster turnover but our situation isn't that unusual in the current landscape.
