With 25 turnovers vs Syracuse, Indiana likely vaulted to the bottom of the conference in that area.

TJD had 7, and Race Thompson 6. It starts there. IU can't win a game, let alone on the road, let alone against a hall of fame coach when their best player gives away that many chances.

Despite all the negatives the Hoosiers nearly found a way to win, and did execute a game plan offensively that resulted in efficient scoring, as well as a strong 2nd half adjustment, which addressed the needs of the past 2 IU head coaches.

A setback, but one that can be addressed and improved on.

Yes; hopefully this isn’t the Iowa game in football.

An interesting pregame comment by Woodson was that he was concerned about the fact that this Syracuse team was the first IU faced that had 5 double digit scorers. And low and behold that is what they got.

Yes way too many turnovers. Sometimes against a zone team with length you have to use a bounce pass instead of just trying to shovel the rock along. Give ‘Cuse credit for having different looks in the 1st half, before going with the bread and butter look in the second half. We also let ‘Cuse get the trap in the corner too much by not moving the ball along.
