should NFL rosters reflect the population

74 percent of the NFLs players are black, but blacks only make up about 20 percent of the population, should the NFL be required to hire more players of other ethnic groups to properly reflect the populace as a whole? take out punters and kickers and the numbers or even worse for non-blacks
