Smart to start the speech with the Ukraine stuff. No one in that room can avoid supporting him on this stuff. Lots of Repubs standing up and applauding.

I sent a message to somewhere between zero and ten people personally advocating for your hammer privileges. It's out of my hands.
Joe is doing a really good job. He's making reasonable proposals and highlighting past accomplishments without being a dick about it. The few jabs he's taken at the Republicans haven't been malicious.
I don't agree with him on the lion's share of his economic shit, at all; but I think he sounds good. His occasional mumbling is nothing. The dementia stuff is nonsense

Overall, it's a very strong speech. Better than I expected.

Well, damn. There was, I guess, a few bits of Democratic red meat thrown in there, but that was a very bipartisan, unity-focused speech. And he delivered it well. I wasn't sure he really had that in him. It was impressive. Lots of vague platitudes, as you'd expect from anything bipartisan, but still impressive.
Well done. I expected to be saying something like "it wasn't too bad". It was actually one of the better SOTU speeches I've seen. They usually all are lame, even Obama's.
I'm watching Fox News, and even though they are trying to criticize him, they are having a hard time with it.
