I read a great book about the Rwandan genocide that really shook me. I think the international community could, and should, have acted more quickly.

But I find it very incongruous for Rwandans to blame anyone other than their own for what happened.

I previously posted about this book. Mostly about post genocide recovery. The. Team coach and financial sponsor were also on their “second chance”.
