I personally think he's got the best/strongest arm in the Big Ten conference. Yeah, he made some mistakes that killed us on Saturday and I'm not thrilled. I still see Rich as the best option for QB, he has the proverbial "million dollar" arm. He has found a very legit deep threat in Westbrook and Hale's coming on.
The only other option I would consider would be Ramsey. Ramsey is opposite Rich in that he has some serious wheels and about 2/3 the arm strength. Wilson has been raving about Ramsey lately, too. I would only go this route if Rich has another awful game.

Lagow has a monster upside, with NFL aspirations, Diamont has a future in looking pretty, I don't know why this isn't obvious to people.
