Wow. Stuff like this makes you wonder how prevalent this sort of treatment of players is at even more notable prep schools.

Doesn't change the fact that he's a piece of sh*t.He's not the coach, he is the CEO of the school. In his statement via Twitter, which has since been taken down, he states he does not coach the basketball team. Not that it matters...
Hence the "Not that it matters."Doesn't change the fact that he's a piece of sh*t.
That is bad. I would not want them in my church because as soon as they disagree with a policy or something I said from the pulpit they would punch me in the head. I do think that the devil spends a lot more time in church than he does in the bar. We preachers who care preach against sin no matter who is doing it. 1 Peter 4:17 says For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?Not surprising. My daughter often played against an AAU program that was run out of the Memorial Baptist Church in Evansville. Their players and especially parents were worse than this guy. It was so bad that the refs at a tournament in Louisville had Sheriff deputies called in to escort us to a safe area while their players and parents could be kicked out of the facility. One of our girls was punched in the side of the head on a fast break lay up. Their parents cheered and the coach argued that she shouldn't be thrown out.
There are a lot of people that use religion as a front to draw people into an area of false security. Whether this guy is a coach or the CEO of the school, he is misrepresenting his school. Salty language is one thing. I had a Methodist pastor say he didn't mind us using words for things we step in. I played softball with him and heard it from him myself. The guy in the video went way beyond language. I am sure he has been fired or removed by a board of trustees. That is bad. A good buddy of mine said he went to an IU game and Graham yelled at a player (I think it was Steve Hart, but could be mistaken) cussing him out for doing something Pat thought was wrong. So it is no surprise he would coach like that. There are a lot of people that use religion as a front to draw people into an area of false security. Pat Graham has coached some of his sons on the Catholic school teams in the Bob Knight style of coaching. My son has officiated some of his games and has given him a technical foul (Pat thanked him for it later which was a little weird). I wouldn't be surprised if he went Bob Knight on his kids at some point.

If that guy talked to my boy like that he would end up in the hospital.

He drags my daughter by her ponytail during a game, and its go time.

If it wasn't for injuries he would have been even greater.Truly one of the greatest pure shooters Indiana has ever had.
Pat is often overlooked but not only was he a most heralded recruit, he was a deep threat throughout his career and certainly would have gone much farther if not for 3 broken foot injuries. But for those who never saw him play, he could light it up in a hurry. I still remember a three he buried vs Iowa from about 28 feet out like it was no big deal.
