Not buyin' it. I can't image Cook calling up the ex-President and asking for help with the EU. Or even just whining about it. Biden or Harris maybe, but not Trump. Now, if Trump ends up winning, it might be plausible.

Don't be surprised if Apple comes out with a statement similar to the one John Deere made the other day.

Because they aren't -- they can't possibly be using the same methodology.

Because (a) 2016 was 8 years ago and 2020 was 4 years ago, (b) the entire political landscape and voter biases have changed since those elections, (c) the individual pollsters and other employees of the polling companies have surely changed, and (d) the polling techniques have also changed too.

When I am called by someone that claims to be taking a poll or survey, I hang up the phone because I don't believe any of them. No way I'm the only one that refuses to play.

I won't tell you which poll to believe, except you should believe and accept the election itself. However, the MAGAs and Trump himself have already resumed their 2020 strategy of declaring Trump the winner before the election occurs and further claiming any election that doesn't result in a Trump victory resulted from fraud.

When people like you refuse to accept the results of an election, why do you get in an uproar over a mere poll that you won't accept either?

Trump is not and never has been humble and is totally arrogant. If you can't see what he's really like, you've got no business trying to excuse him by saying that making a casual reference to God disproves the way he has treated people his entire life,

Lol. No he didn't. He based his claims on winning 18/19 bellwethers, gaining House seats, getting more votes than 2016, etc. We could go on forever.

I don't consider myself an expert on God. Do you know why? Isaiah 55:9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Isaiah 40:13 says "Who has known the mind of the LORD or been able to give him advice? Whom did he ask for help? Who taught him the right way? Who taught him knowledge and showed him the way to understanding?"

For what little it’s worth my ex stoker told me she voted for trump. Said she cannot stand to listen to Harris talk. She’s no trump fan either so who knows. If Harris wins delete the news accounts and ignore it. If all goes well with voting here I’ll replace this board as a fun distraction with online gambling.

Very wise decision on the online gambling. Probably lose less money than following WC investment advice.

By the way the Maryville Ice Center is pretty nice. Although the moms from Afton (know where that is?) tonight were obnoxious and wanted to fight us.

Yeah, this one was rough. Screaming at the refs, then started screaming at me for clapping before a puck drop after a penalty. Glared at me the rest of the game as I kept clapping louder. At the end of the game she yelled over "figures you're from Chicago!"

One of the dad's sitting next to me yelled over "Sit down, Karen." She did not like that very much.

He had a good game. Had three separate sweet passes that could have been goals but the center couldn't put in the net. Good tries though. He probably gives it up too much and should take more shots at this level, but he's one of the only players on this team who understands where to be and where the puck needs to go. I used to think he was too inexperienced to know where to be or where to go, but he's pretty much got that down.

Unfortunately, though, you can't teach speed. Or size. And he doesn't have either.
