No. Not even close to being accurate. I'll hit you with reality. The portrayal was that unarmed blacks are targeted by cops and killed at a disproportionate rate. False. In fact, in light of the violence of black Americans, it's surprising that they aren't killed at a higher rate in light of the fact that 13 percent of the population accounts for nearly fifty percent of the violent crime. The media, and people who only read from certain sources and don't go to DIRECT sources, pushed a narrative that gave rise to the unjustified summer of love. More despicable, Harris and others pushed this disgusting narrative, rushing to judgment, calling cops murderers.
