On a video I saw Trump was doing the same type of movements to refer to stupid people. The video also made a great point that Trump didn't know this reporter, and he didn't know he was disabled.

I am just being biblical. The text doesn't say you have to keep being offended. To be slapped in the face in that time period was a way of saying someone is offending you. The point is you are gracious the first time, which a lot of other people aren't that way. You and I know people who will attack right away. I would say Trump is one of those people. But it never seems to be remembered that he is attacking in response to being attacked.

In the video these were other people who were not disabled. Trump was doing the same movements and facial expressions. I also point this out. Trump didn't know this reporter. He also didn't know he was disabled. If you think about it this reporter is not well known.
