There was a guy earlier this winter in these at one of our indoor games. He’s on one of the other teams and everyone kind of knows each other. He changed into them I guess to go out. He came to the bar and we were all laughing and the one guy goes “what’s that R stand for?” And another guy goes Record. Those jeans come with 2 DWIs and a revoked driver license 🤣🤣
Also that shirt is too short. Don't people care about their ass crack breaching when they sit down?

Lord. Agree wtih COH on the shoes. Too white for 50 .

Funny story (ish).

After 9/11 I couldn't wear open toed or non laced shoes for almost 20 years. Why you ask? B/c one of the first horror scenarios that came to mind was all the people in open toed shoes or slip ons and whether their casualty/mortality rates were higher than those that had laced shoes.

No kidding. 20 ****ing years. I have overcome this. And no I never worked in city larger than Indy nor in a high rise. Go figure.
So only 18 more years of wearing 😷?

I’m with you on the pants. Have four of these.

Laces? Still wear ‘em. Piece of cake after putting on compression socks.
Leon Leonwood Bean. Freeport Maine. No questions asked return policy. First 100 pairs of boots he sent out 90 were returned defective. He’s an inspiration to all failing entrepreneurs to keep going

Pretty sure those come with a punisher and maga sticker in the back pocket.

$112 for a hoodie? All the money in the world won’t buy away the receding hairlines and protruding bellies of the mid-lifers in this thread.
Go **** yourself. Middle age is coming for you, too.

And all the money, will get rid of that belly.

I can't pull this off. I'd feel off

Not anywhere near work anyway. This is my favorite time of year for clothing, 1/4 zip sweaters, 1/4 zips, dress shirts underneath (wtih a good colalr). blazers/sport coats in the closet at work ready at a moment's notice. Good khakis (not light) or slacks.

And the dudes with no socks or no show socks with dress shoes. I can't get there.

Also, i'm 6'3" (@BradStevens) and I like long dress shirts (stay tucked better) so I've got that to keep in mind. Spring/Summer we're back to quality golf polos or slim fit dress shirts with the sleeves rolled up right below the elbow.

I don't think I'm getting away with a hoodie.
That's a great look.

I will add one more thing in re to farva’s. It does feel like all these outfits colluded. All the pants are $118 - $138. Hoodie’s quarter zips same. And one of my teammates from college ordered a bunch of shit from my co so I sent him a Peter Millar polo with our college logo and with tax and shipping was like $180. Absurd

Lol. I will say it is really really hard. Law has an instruction book and a path. Business startups etc it’s the Wild West and no guidebook.

And ll bean no longer has the no questions asked policy 🤣
And then, when somebody wants to come along and put rules in we say “**** you. Get out of here”

You all are so funny (mostly not in a ghey way). I just pulled out my old cowboy boots that I have not had on since 2012 and it feels like I am back to my roots.
Now the Stretchy pants. .. Yea, I'm down with those as long as it's not obvious to anyone else. If it is obvious, fuk'um. I'm SOOO glad that I am not Corp M'erka anymore and never again.

Trial lawyer experience would come in handy.
Confidence helps for sure. Money helps most lol 😂. Everything im involved in whether it be my ventures or my friends has been personally and friends’ funded. So being undercapitalized or capitalized in stages has always been a reality and challenge.

There was a show called the profit with Marcus lemonis. He’d come in and act like his biz acumen was all these startups needed when in truth it was just a deep pocket. Money, ample money, fixes a lot. And that money on day one is what you really need otherwise you invite problems and stuff takes way longer
