OT: Women's game - OSU vs IOWA - Court Storm after the game....

She may be a punk ass. Heck, pretty obvious she gets under a lot of people's skin. With that said, calling her a bitch would be overkill unless she personally did something to you or yours, which I will assume is a negative. I will stick with my original argument. the students shouldn't have rushed the floor. They were ranked 12th and beat Iowa at home. It's not a huge upset.
So now you're judging when they should and shouldn't storm? Bigger upset is cool. Modest upset is bad. Maybe the OSU fan base is as tired of the antics as everyone else. She brings it all on herself and constantly plays the victim. Choose your own word to describe her.

Ok, but c'mon. Let's not discredit her phenomenal skill. She's not shooting 50 layups a game. She's hitting step-back 25+ footers routinely and at a high percentage. And is also possibly the best passer in the country.
Agreed, a great player, but stats are misleading too. Hell if another player breathes on her they call a foul and she's at free throw line adding to her average. Yes I have seen her step back shot highlights, but have also seen her miss as many or more than she makes. All star for sure, but not the generational player many make her out to be in my opinion.

Main character syndrome
Admittedly, it was a scary situation and one day someone really will get hurt. It’s just a matter of time. However, she absolutely over dramatized it. You can clearly see it was just a glancing blow. No way she needed to flail her arms and go down. The way she was helped off is embarrassing.

Not a generational player. Hmmm. Interesting take.

She definitely comes across as a diva at times, but there is no question that she is a great player. Iowa is one turned ankle or twisted knee from becoming a so-so team since she is responsible for a significant portion of their offense. They have some players that have had good to really good games, but not on a consistent basis, and you take away the attention that Clark gets when they are on offense, it becomes more difficult for the other starters. Just my opinion FWIW.

This is just a silly take, unless of course you can show me a clip of a nationally televised game where a home crowd didn't rush the court after beating one of the top teams in the country in the last 30-40 years. Imagine all the kids at a game like that just saying, 'yay!' and going home.

Part of the reason I watch college basketball is because of the passion involved...and that includes the fans.

That said. you're partially right. OSU security should 100% be held accountable for not escorting the opposing team off the court and avoiding as much contact with fans as possible. I'd bet that at least at OSU - and probably other places too - this will be addressed.
Clark out ran the security! If you re-watch it there is security clearing trying to be by her side but she out ran them.

She's insufferable.

If I'm a ref and she starts in on me I give her one chance to STFU and then I start T-ing her up.
I was hoping that the great basketball talent she has, and attention she has brought to women's basketball would come from a humble player that credits her teammates. But that's not C. Clark ! She is a self-absorbed diva.

On a side note it's easy to score 40+ points a game when you shoot it 50 times!
You obviously don't know jack shit about what you are talking about. Clark got 40 points and 7 assists against OSU on 25 shots. Against UMich, she got 49 points on 31 shots and had 13 assists. You sound like grand champion whiner Kim Mulkey. Do better because if Clark were playing for IU you would wear out your lips kissing her ass.

Feb. 19, 1989 at Assembly Hall is in the last 30-40 years.

I was there for Jay Edward's shot. Didn't storm the court, or even THINK about it. Best seats I ever had, too. Basket level on the end. I knew it was going it from the instant it left his hand.
