Trump’s two federal trials will proceed and Trump is found guilty in both. Harris will commute any sentence involving prison time but won’t pardon him.

SCOTUS already bounced the Sarbanes Oxley crime in the J6 cases. Same thing will happen in Trumps case. I don’t think the KKK crime has a snowballs chance in hell either.

The government has a clear path forward in the records case and Garland won’t take it. This just confirms that the records case is not about prosecuting a crime, but is all about getting Trump.

Speaking of getting Trump, the comments of the female trial judge, the three female CA judges, and the three female Supreme Court dissenting justices, plus Kamala clearly establish that the immunity case, in their view, is all about Trump and not about the Office of President as the Supreme Court majority so clearly established.

Taking these three issues together shows me that the Government prosecution is all about Trump and not about crimes. Our justice system must be better than that. Lady Justice wears a blindfold for very good reasons.

The fascists tended to be very nationalistic and tended to "punch down". Problems were the fault of somebody else, Jews, gays, communists, Gypsy, poor. What grinds me is when they choose to do the work. We have a little town we drive through to get to part of South Fort Wayne (Leo) that has been down for road construction for like three months now. They are doing it right in front of the High School. A couple weeks after they started that, they closed off the road in front of the elementary school. Two main roads that you couldn't get down. The elementary school route just opened like a week or two ago.

Take his passport, ground his plane, and reduce any prison time to a year of house arrest followed by a long term, strict probation period with terms prohibiting him ever running for Federal office. No normal reasonable intelligent person thinks this election will be anything but a nail biter. But glad to see you'll get your rocks off on a Trump win and crawl under a Rick if he loses.

I'm not changing my prediction. I think it's a squeaker, and Harris wins the popular vote by a little, but Trump steals at least one blue wall state to take the EC. However, I think we all need to be prepared for the possibility that all the pollsters are wrong. I think more than one person, including Nate Silver, has commented that the poll results are simply too consistent to be believed right now. There aren't enough outliers. Which means pollsters are overcompensating for perceived bias and herding together to make it look like the race is closer than it is. To be clear, they aren't doing it to mislead us. They are just terrified of being wrong, and therefore overcompensating in the direction they think they need to go to match other pollsters.

So don't be surprised if Trump wins Nevada, Penn, Michigan, and Wiscy. Or don't be surprised if Harris wins NC, Georgia, and Arizona.

Maybe even Iowa. If I were Trump's people, I'd be terrified of that Selzer poll. The best pollster in Iowa says Harris is winning? There are only two possibilities. Either they got a bad result, which totally happens - good pollsters get bad results once in a while simply because of the law of large numbers and bad luck. Or, there really is a huge shift to Harris, and we don't know about it, because the pollsters are overcompensating for previous years and covering up her lead by shifting their results in Trump's favor.

Again, that's too speculative to bank on. If you forced me to put down a bet for money, I'd still bet that Trump is winning the EC. But it is absolutely a realistic possibility that he's losing big, and we just don't know about it.
