Neo Nazi stroll through Columbus

The night before mls combines I got wasted at max and ermas. I remember then they had a good trashed type wing
Garbage burger, I think they called it. Maybe it was the kitchen sink. Just a massive amount of toppings, like a side salad on your burger. That was the go to back when there was one a few minutes from my office at the time. We'd go there once a week around some sort of lunch special.

I remember liking it more than the other chains of that type

The fvcking statistics demonstrate that antisemitic attacks are up bigly under Biden. And guess who is causing the vast majority of those? Not KKK members.
Oh, but I think they’ve been trending upward well before Biden took office. Certainly they’re reaching a historic number. But blaming Biden at this point is like blaming Ronald McDonald when you get a bad cheeseburger. Neither are really in control.

Agree re blaming Biden specifically. But blame lies at the heart of Wokeism and several prominent Democrat congressmen for their wanton inability to condemn the campus insanity and using Hamas propaganda phrasing.

Eppy, outsideshitter's response was trying to paint the picture of Trump being responsible, despite having a Jewish SIL and now daughter. I don't disagree that for some reason the right wing extremists cling to him and his statements haven't always been dismissive enough, but Israelis much prefer him and his stance towards Iran, even if they aren't Bibi fans.

Secondly, I am not blaming Biden for Oct 7th or antisemitic behavior and attacks, but there is no doubt that our enemies feel more emboldened (Russia, Hamas, Iran) under his regime AND, as importantly, the far left has galvanized itself around supporting terrorists and importing Islam (see Europe, NYC).

My point is simply this - while nobody, particularly Jews, like KKK members marching through the streets, the overwhelming number of attacks and assaults of late is coming from Muslims or Muslim extremist supporters and sympathizers. Those people are doing the exact thing the KKK does - there is no separation of being Jewish from Israeli government or military positions.

No, I don’t think you understand. I’m not denying anti-Semitism is out of control right now. So much of it has become main stream from the radical left that opposes Israel and their policies since the beginning of the war and even before when the BDS movement on college campuses started making inroads. But we fought that movement back then by pushing back with education and town halls. Everything changed with the Tree of Life shooting. We realized the real threat was the far right fringe groups willing to hurt us in our place of worship, our schools and community centers. Even before that anti-semitism was on the rise. Since that shooting our Jewish communities have been raising money to protect our infrastructure. We have more security on site, better surveillance systems, first person shooter education in our temples, bulletproof glass installed in our schools, privacy fences installed to protect our children’s playgrounds. We’ve networked more with the FBI and local law enforcement. So don’t tell me this is a Biden issue and it’s mostly the left wing lunatics.

When my Carmel synagogue was vandalized I didn’t play the political game. We knew it was right wing fringe nationalists. In fact some of the first people to respond and support us were Trump supporters who are evangelicals. If anything we don’t thank them enough for their support of Israel and denouncing anti-semitism. But again I’m telling you this has been trending up for awhile now. So as bad as the stats look on post #62 please listen to the people on the ground who have been affected by this hatred for quite some time.

I hear ya brother. It’s def true those who march against Israel are much more likely to vote Dem. But that left wing part of the party doesn’t represent most dems and of course they can’t be happy with Bidens support of Israel. It’s certainly not a black or white issue. As a Jew I’ve struggled with how much do I support the policies of Israel’s government without emboldening the whack jobs that want to support the BDS movement. I really can’t stand Bibi, but I will fight to death to protect my homeland.

Israel has isolated itself way too much before October 7th. The time for diplomacy has passed. It’s my children now who must face a new generation of Arabs who will hate them for the rest of their lives.

The generation of Holocaust survivors won’t be living much longer and we appreciate their sacrifice to never allow this to happen again. But at some point we just want peace and it seems that dream is so much further away now.

Screw you. When your temple is vandalized with Nazi propaganda then you tell me how it feels. You know my daughters Bat Mitzvah was on the same day of The Tree of Life shooting. You think we had a joyous celebration? We were filled with sadness for our fellow Jews that like us just went to temple that day. Take your BS comments somewhere else until you’ve walked in our shoes. I’m only trying to explain how real this feels.

It’s so hard to hear it from the privileged. 99.999999 percent of the world would kill to get to Carmel. Kill!!! Anyway. I’ll get there myself someday.

This hatred towards Jews doesn’t have boundaries. They don’t care where our temples are. They will vandalize us in rich suburbs or in poor areas where less fortunate Ortbodox live. Your comment is really off base.

I live in a neighboring county.
Carmel is;
Overrated.
Overpaid.
Over there.(by choice).

Huge municipal bonded obligations.

I do like roundabouts, though.

Ha. My community is known as where all the lawyers live and the one neighboring is who employs all the lawyers. Biz owners. Rich people. Etc. The owners and the bitches

Huh. Maybe that’s where we used to go. I thought it was Bdubs. Hmmmm. Incidentally we have one of those close by and my daughter and I walked out the food was so nasty
Yeah I'm old enough to remember Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck. The Bloomington setup (with the upstairs section) was pretty fantastic to be honest.

Back in the day anyway.

Jealousy. So unbecoming.

Anywhoooooo, you been by Buffalouie's yet? I notice the only place on Earth they've allowed one to exist outside B-town is our fair city.
I have yet to make it down there. We walked down the Monon to Sun King the week before they opened. I took a detour to check it out, and they let us walk around and look at the memorabilia that was being hung. Need to make it down again.

Where was buffalouies in Bloomington?
When I was there, I think it was 10th and Indiana, which later housed Yogi's. Or maybe that was Buffalo Wings & Weck.

Now they're in the Gables.

Yeah I think that’s where we’d go for games. Yogi’s and there. I guess I don’t remember buffalouies

Ha! Most deponents have no idea what they’re doing

There’s nothing wrong with answering “I don’t recall.” And if you want to know how to answer “I don’t recall” I recommend you watch until the end
