By my count, we're at 85 scholarships claimed assuming everyone with eligibility except the two guys in the COVID column come back. I suspect Thomas Allen Jr is not returning. I haven't seen anything official on Burgess one way or other.
I did add an extra layer of confirmation this time. I underlined anyone who's made some sort of online statement of their return. I assumed all signees and transfers are on roster. Most of the underlined returnees were from the 'One Word' announcements made on Twitter and shared by the player or CTA. A few were determined from recent photos shared by players of themselves with coaches or teammates or in the football facility. I wouldn't read too much into anyone not underlined. In many cases the player simply doesn't maintain an active social media account.
