i live Sarasota (FL) and know quite a few Alabama fans. Seems like every year the thing most of them worry about the most for their team is having top notch defensive ends who are great pass rushers (they refer to them as “speed rushers”). I think this is a real weak spot for IU. I’m trusting HCTA has a plan for putting more pressure on B1G guarterbacks than shown through the first 3 games. Congrats’ to the Hoosiers and I hope Sparty falls this week. Go IU !

There are plenty of areas of concern. Allen made a point of saying only point matter. Well that's true only after the game is over. stats can equal points. Better worry about them as the game goes on. And the stats hold plenty of issues for this team. Too many rushing yds allowed, they also hit 10 different receivers and hit key pass plays. Net result was a win against a lessor opponent. IF we repeat the same stats against B10 teams, we will repeat the last time we were 3-0...we lost the next 6 games...so much work to do. But it can be done. So much youth...but that will taper off as the season gets deeper in.

Makings of a solid team, but we still might be a year away from more than 6 wins...and that's okay...

Alabama fans worry about everything. They want to win every game. They want to dominate every play. They’ve already flushed last year, which is a credit to them. I live in Alabama. They are a great fan base. Very knowledgeable and start at a very young age.
Go Hoosiers!

IU has never really had top shelf DTs and DEs. We’ve had a few guys develop into good ones scattered around throughout the years but never anything like Bama or OSU where they have 4 guys across the line who are elite in the same defensive front.

This isn’t something that Bama fans have some secret knowledge. This is basic stuff. You show me a team with outstanding front 4 guys and I’ll show you a team winning a lot of games.

Most all of the Alabama fans I know are pretty classy, and when they do lose (which is not often), they don’t cry and blame refs.
As o$u fans do. From my experience with their fans o$u has never been beaten by a better team. It is always the refs, long layoff, we didn't play well, or the best one is "we never played that bad before".
They can never acknowledge that they got beat by a better team.

We have a 4* DT coming in next year, as well as a 4* DE.
