@Marvin the Martian I'm really getting into the Smithsonian Channel right now.

Combat Ships, Air Warriors, Pacific War in Color, Carriers at War... it's a solid. Not the best documentaries, but good and the variety is interesting. For example, Combat Ships covers vessels in various historical periods, from Viking ships to Spanish Armada to WWII and even today's modern fleet.

I'd ban your ass if it was me.
Are you still not a mod?

I'll try to be a little less intelligent, interesting, informative, and witty, then...for you.

The apolitical aspect is a thing though. I'm really going to try hard to resist showing the idiots how idiotic they are. No matter how hard I try, they double down and become bigger idiots.

I think they're afraid of what @Lucy01 might do if they made me a Mod.

Our great national parks:

Narrated by some fella, I think he is trying to be the black/kenyan David Attenborough. Fake American accent to boot.

Photography is spectacular though.

Have you watched it?

The Ken Burns documentary was a favorite and trying to figure out if we'll learn anything in addition to that.

Reading David Mamet‘s Recessional, Death of Free Speech . . . Now. A wonderfully written and very thought provoking book. Seems like every paragraph would be a great thread starter. Been a long time since a book gave me so much to think about.
