It was clear as day Biden wouldn’t be the nominee for many months now. It’s even clearer Kamala will not be the nominee either. She’s a train wreck of a politician. She polls worse than Biden. The cheating dems will work their way around her. It may be Hillary again.

Hillary polls just as bad as Kamala against Trump. It will be Kamala most likely and if not, someone completely out of left field.

Who’s going to run against her?

Cuckoo . Thats why they set a fundraising record yesterday.
I think it as telling as anything. People putting their money behind her is a BIG deal.

Once the name the VP, given them 2-3 weeks of constant rallies, TV appearances and interviews and then check back. If they knock it out of the park in those 3 weeks and then give strong debate performances, I think they'd have a very real chance of winning.

I also think it shouldn't be discounted how many people truly hate Trump and are embarrassed by him. Giving them even a halfway serviceable alternative would be enough for a decent sized subset of that group.

The Clinton's and Soros have all endorsed Kamala. The NY Times has said Michelle Obama is helping her with fundraising. She's been endorsed by all of her potential competitors.

It's not some big conspiracy. She's the sitting VP. She should be the next person up, especially in this extenuating circumstance.

Remains to be seen, but the people in control of the party do not want Kamala. They know she’s a diversity hire gone wrong that doesn’t have much of a chance vs. Trump.
If Joe dies before completing his term….who takes over?

She isn’t a “halfway serviceable alternative”.

She's actually more than that. On paper, she's probably one of the most accomplished presidential candidates we've had this century.

I think the VP pick would be an important can't-miss thing though. I would think Josh Shapiro would be high on the list. I think a ticket of Harris-Shapiro could be Trump-Vance.

Obama didn’t endorse her and he could have. Let’s allow this to play out. It will not be Kamala. She’s a dunce and they all know it.
They know a landslide is coming no matter what. That's why it will be Kamala and either Cooper or Bashear as neither has a future going forward. They aren't sacrificing any of their real stars.

How many people truly hate Trump? A number? Any data that sticks there? There may be just as many people out there that despise Harris. The media is going to tell you that “everyone hates Trump.” There may be an equal or greater number that like him as despise him. Even those that don’t like the guy may see him as a better option than Kamala or anyone out of the Biden regime. Just something to consider.

How about the fact they tried to sneak Biden through the primary? They knew he was not competent enough to make it through the election.
Because it is a cakewalk to convince the incumbent to not run?

You are clueless if you're claiming they tried to sneak him through.

Are you high? She's 7 points less favorable than Trump and Trump's policies are a million x's more popular than hers.

If some random stoner 20-something Alabama football fanatic says something that he likes on X, dbm will find it and re-tweet it!,

It’s shocking how stupid she sounds. From the content of what comes out of her mouth to her pre-schooler directed affectations. She’s like nails on a chalkboard. And like Ohio guy says she really does have an impressive cv. From da to ag to senator to vp. I wonder if she just got the yips and lost her confidence. There really is a disconnect somewhere.

Most accomplished on paper? What?

Candidates in the 21st Century who were the nominees: GWBush, Al Gore, John Kerry, Obama, McCain, Romney, Clinton, Trump, Biden. The only one she could compare to on "accomplishments" is Obama and he went to Columbia, Harvard Law School (first black president of Harvard Law Review) and then lectured on law at U of Chicago, not to mention authored a best-selling memoir.

Besides getting elected, what exactly has Kamala Harris "accomplished?"

Trump’s favorable ratings at consistently are in the low 40 percent range and his unfavorable ratings are consistently on the mid to upper 50s. His ceiling is low. I don’t think there’s much of a chance for him to get more than 46 percent of the vote. Harris could lose to him, but her ceiling is very likely higher. If either gets more than 50 percent of the vote it will be her.

Had a guy that worked for me. Interviewed him a few times for higher level positions without hiring him b/c he was a terrible interview. Finally hired him.

Have promoted him twice. I think sometimes people just suck at interpersonal skills but are really impressive otherwise. Not saying that's Harris's issue or potential, but just sayin.

Plus "former prosecutor vs. convicted** felon" has a nice ring to it.
