I hope whoever is hired is someone that can spot and go after future NFL talent. My fear is we hire some mid-major type and he brings mid-major talent here like Ole Archie did in basketball. The last thing we need is a MAC coach putting together a MAC team for IU. (although maybe that is an upgrade too, your mileage may vary).
