When the current POTUS and both immediate past POTUS’s weigh in on a decision about where to play a f*cking all star game, something is dreadfully wrong with government and with sport. Sport is becoming political and government is becoming dominant. I'm Old enough to remember where an all star game was played didn’t mean squat because fans came together to watch the game as a diversion from everyday crap . Now baseball has subordinated what it does best to the worst everyday crap.
Like so many things in our lives baseball can never be the same again.
