Then when Johnson asked for an in person vote the 44 write in votes for McCarthy all disappeared magically. Then we had our speaker. It was actually a sht show and McCarthy was trying to get himself reelected. So Jordan, scalise and the other dude got screwed by McCarthy.
So, everyone didn't want Jim Jordan as speaker if some were still behind McCarthy and giving him votes.
