Is the destruction of critical infrastructure

Actually, yes. In fifth grade. I didn’t want to use a very mild insult too difficult to understand.

Look, I’m not enjoying the fact that we don’t agree on fundamental facts or principles. I believe we both consider ourselves Republicans, but I’m not onboard with your current brand.

Some simple yes/no questions for you:

Did you vote for GHW Bush?

Did you vote for Dole?

Did you vote got GW Bush?

Did you vote for McCain?

Did you vote for Romey?

Would you have voted for a Republican other than Trump in 2016?

I’d l’d really like to have your answers to those questions. I’d also like to have the answers to those questions from every person here that remains devoted to Trump. It could be very interesting.
Yes to all.

And I'm not 'devoted' to Trump, but I'd vote for him again, if he was the Republican nominee.

Fundamental facts..
Ukraine is barely functioning as a sovereign state.
Infrastructure supporting the military is being systematically destroyed by multiple precision munitions.
The last attack on Sunday involved around 100 munitions, which, we are told, couldn't have happened, because those munitions didn't exist.
The Ukr casualty count of 100K killed and 2-300k wounded were confirmed by links and two sources.
I'd go on, but to what purpose?
You have little interest in facts.

Okay, we get it. Your side is winning.

The Soviet Union claims they lost over 20 MILLION people during WWII.

Should they have just capitulated to the Nazis?

If so, the continent of Europe would all be speaking German now, because the US and United Kingdom weren't going to suffer the kind of casualties it would take to retake Europe, facing the full strength of the Wehrmacht.

DANC, it could be argued that Stalin's "scorched earth policy" was a form of capitulation.

IMO, once Hitler decided to fight the war on two fronts, Germany was destined to lose. Simply didn't have the resources to win, much less defeat and rule all of Europe and the Soviet Union.

You linked nothing credible. So you’re backing Russia. Why?

Is Israel helping Ukraine in the fight against “The Bear”?

I don't see how that's considered capitulation when you sacrifice 20* million souls.

Of course fighting on 2 fronts caused his defeat, but only because Stalin was willing to sacrifice his population.

..in Ukraine by Russia a war crime?
Interesting limitation . . . according to hoot's post below yours, I'd say no. But the real story is in what you didn't ask . . . i.e., whether Russia's invasion of Ukraine was a war crime under this definition from hoot's post . . .

Crimes against peace, which are acts of hostile military action against a sovereign country that isn't in self defense.

Why don't you ask whether Russia's invasion constituted "hostile military action" "that isn't in self-defense"? I'd say that Russia committed a war crime under that definition.

DANC, in defense of your premise that Stalin could have saved lives by negotiating a surrender (capitulation) you could be right.

Meanwhile, some German generals were willing to save lives by surrendering (capitulation).

The lesson to be learned is dictators such as Stalin and Hitler put their personal objectives above saving the lives of their expendable countrymen.

Ask your own questions.

Yes, they were very much alike in that regard.

That's why the Allies were very methodical in preparation for the invasion. They knew there was no way Allied leaders t take the kind of casualties the Soviet Union was taking. In some ways, they basically were fine with Stalin using his own people to bleed Hitler dry and then we could take him on.

Now they're bleeding Ukraine dry on the pretense
that Russia can be bullied.

Poland's military is next.

Ukraine isn't the one running out of ammo.

Who are you listening to that's telling your Poland is next? That ain't gonna happen.

Get someone to read the link for you.
Why are you backing Russia? You posted a link that said that Russia invaded Ukraine and has killed 10s of thousands of its citizens. I said we're in violent agreement about that. How does it support your apparent support for Russia in this conflict? Why are you aligned with America's enemies rather than America's partners and allies?

Please explain 'violent agreement'..

Autocorrect again?

Bwahahahaha!

We all understand that you are much more credible than the 6-year German MOD who is current President of The European Commission.

What a ****ing fraud you are.
You're claiming that Russia has killed 10s of thousands of Ukrainians because of their invasion of Ukraine. What is your point? You're backing Russia. You're proud of that?
