Link the testimony. What he testified to was incorrect coordinates, not that it was a deliberate attack on the Chinese embassy. They intended to target a legitimate Yugoslavian military facility. Also, explain what we could possibly gain by deliberately targeting a Chinese embasssy. The answer is NOTHING was to be gained by it. It's stupid.

As stated in numerous sources, all missions were not collaborative. The US ran a number of missions without NATO. As the previously noted article states, the correct coordinates for the Chinese Embassy were on NATO'S 'no hit' list and also on NATO computers. Tenet lied through his teeth, on one hand, his sat. showed no outward appearance of being an embassy, (a lie)yet targeting depended upon agents 'drawing parallel lines on maps to establish it's location' by address.

The operation was a NATO operation but the US did some sorties that were parallel to the operation. That doesn't change anything and was approved by the chain of command.
