His offensive philosophy is an NBA philosophy of spacing as isolation… which is great when you have NBA guards/forwards. We dont.

Basic fundamentals are on the assistants at the direction of the HC. If the HC doesn’t make it a priority on the players to care, assistants are handcuffed.
