2025 season tickets are now on sale, anyone else get that call? I’ve never known them to go on sale that early, maybe I’m wrong.
Good strategy, strike while the iron is hot.If we finish the season strong and can sign Cig to some kind of extension I look for season ticket sales to go through the roof.
I think the administration finally gets what it takes to play with the big boys.

Best business strategy ever, "Collect early, Pay late".

I’m looking forward to seeing the season ticket increase numbers. A lot of IU fans will probably jump in. And some casuals that go to Colts games may realize IUFB is a better time.
You know, it's weird...

I got sucked in to season tickets the year we started the season ranked and then lost to Iowa and Cinci....

But the weird thing is the following years, which weren't projected to be great...my seats hardly improved at all.

I think single game ticket sales fluctuate a lot depending on the quality of the team, but it doesn't seem like season ticket sales fluctuate as much.

I guess we will see next year. Seat selection is still 9 months away. Heh.

Interesting. It makes sense. Why commit to season tickets if making every game may be an issue and you can easily buy the single games you want for reasonable prices close to game day.

We’ll see if next year bucks the trend at all.

I'd wait to see who the coach will be.

If Cig's still here next year, you'll be able to sell the tickets easy enough........
Do you honestly fear him bolting after one year, uprooting his staff, families, kids in school, all these players who took a huge leap of faith to come here...???
Not buying it at all!

His contract was structured to reward staff for performance and they're already cashing....

SMH.....

Couple of things
1) The last stadium reseating was after the 2021 season so movement since then is a bit stifled because folks who like their seats can opt to keep them, regardless of their priority point totals. Sounds like you jumped in for the 2022 season so that is a big reason why you haven't seen movement.
2) The next stadium reseating is not supposed to happen until after next season but I wouldn't be surprised to see that moved up to next season in which case your "Seat selection is still 9 months away" would prove to be accurate.

Went to the Rose Bowl with my wife’s alma mater in the mid-90’s. Got home January 3rd, opened the mailbox to see renewal letter for our ‘96 season tickets.

Sadly, part of the reason for this is that optimism for the basketball program still influences football season ticket sales. There are still a significant number of basketball season ticket holders who purchase season football tickets so the priority point boost protects their basketball seats. A fair number of them sell the football seats every single week. The last couple of years I've struck up conversations with the folks around me and how they came into their tickets. Almost none of the folks who sit near me are the actual season ticket holders. There are different people sitting on either side and directly in front of me every single week. I have yet to meet the actual season ticket holders for any of those seats at a game. At least this year, the folks in those seats are IU fans, and not visitors rooting for the other team.

You know, that tracks with my experience. There are 10 seats in a row directly in front of ours and they are all empty every game and were available on stubhub earlier in the week.

No, I jumped in in 2021. Penix last year at IU. I do seat selection every year, and it seems weird to me that some people don't. But it's okay, I don't mind. Crap, hope I don't have to take worse seats when everyone has to do it. But, meh, I'll live with whatever.
