lol his final 4 was 14 years ago. Hasn’t been past the first weekend since.Only 46, already has won over 25 games seven times. Been to a final four, won AP Coach the year won his conference in diffrent leagues.

These guys aren’t thinkers, they’re just emotional whiners. They’re like toddlers.I'm not comparing Woodson and Shaka. It's just crazy that you would want to fire Woodson because he doesn't win in the tournament and then turn around and hire a guy like Shaka Smart who is literally 3-9 in the NCAAT the last 12 seasons.

Are you kidding me? Shaka had ridiculous talent at Texas. Multiple 5 stars and several first round draft picks. He was there 6 years. He didn't win a single NCAA tournament game. He was a colossal failure after being hailed as a can't miss coach "BeCAuSe HE MAdE THe FInAl FOuR".Maybe I’m naive in thinking the draw of IU brings more talent in for him at IU and he is able to coach them up. Crean, Archie and Woody all have been able to land 5 star talent but just haven’t been able to recruit and develop complete teams.
How about Mich on the road. That is currently a Q2 win but was Q1 a week ago and could be again. We have zero losses to teams currently ranked outside the top 13 in NET rankings. If we win 11-12 more games with no bad losses we will be in.Go get a blanket or snuggy and cry yourself to sleep when your favorite coach gets
Coach who has Indiana beat for the committee to put Indiana in the tournament. Morehead State? Wright State? Kensaw State? Army? We lost by a combined 52 points to Uconn, Kansas, and Auburn.
We've played 13 games you dipshit.
Like I said, there's a reason why the field is announced in mid-March and not early January. I'm going to wait until we finish playing our 18 regular season games + the BTT before concluding their tournament fate. I bet the committee will do the same also.
Huh?Your in denial. It's ok.. Your old school don't believe in numbers.

Whining and wallowing in pessimism must be a miserable way to get through a basketball season. How may Final fours has Mike Woodson went to? How many sweet sixteens? Want to predict one this season? Or next year when half our rosters will be gone?
You’re speaking some sort of gibberish, but if I’m interpreting it correctly, you would delete your account if IU wins 14 B1G games? That would be a very nice bonus.Lol your saying Indiana is going 14-6 no way I would delete my amount before that happens.
Then I really want it to happen. Hell even 9-10 wins likely gets us in if we win a game or two in the BTT.Lol your saying Indiana is going 14-6 no way I would delete my amount before that happens.

You didn’t graduate from IU, did you?Dude your crazy 9 or 10 is not happening with us getting in we have no quality wins.
10 more wins with 2 more in the BTT almost certainly puts us in with 22 total wins. Some of those will likely be quality wins.Dude your crazy 9 or 10 is not happening with us getting in we have no quality wins.
KenPom will change 100 different times between now and mid-March, especially if IU keeps winning. The last time IU won the B10 they were 10-3 at this juncture of the season with a single semi decent neutral court win against ND. They had a 20 point loss to Duke and went 1-2 in Maui with losses to Wake Forest and UNLV who finished the year 11-20 and 18-15 respectively.#87 Kenpom 11 big teams ahead of us. RPI #88
I think its way to early to know, or have any high level of confidence, that he would. And then that he'd win big with them once he got them. Those 3 mediocre years are a huge red flag, or should be. The more distance and success he puts between himself and those 3 years, the more of a hot commodity he'll be.You don’t think May could get more talent at Iu than he has at FAU?
I didnt speak gibberish. I responded to you saying we have “10 wins” and I respondedIt’s plain logical English and it probably confuses you. Problem is I don’t speak gibberish. Sorry.

He took over a FAU program that the prior coach was 39-84. Then in May’s first two years had winning record.I think its way to early to know, or have any high level of confidence, that he would. Too soon for an IU hire, in my opinion. But certainly someone to establish dialogues with if he has another year like last year.

When was the last time a 21-22 win Big Ten team didn’t make the tournament? I think for Indiana it was 1979. Maybe you are the one who is crazy.
lol you were all in on Archie... how did that work out?He took over a FAU program that the prior coach was 39-84. Then in May’s first two years had winning record.

You’re not following the conversation. You said we had 10 wins and asked if I’d seen the schedule. My response is to that. It’s in plain logical English rather than gibberish so you didn’t understand.I didnt speak gibberish. I responded to you saying we have “10 wins” and I responded

He also starting to get the rep for developing bigs. You get a 3-4 year project into a situation like TJD is like manufacturing gold. Malik is that guy too. He’s developing very nicely so far. Oh and anyone quoting any ESPN analyst is a doof…they have Edey as a lottery pick right now. LolMeanwhile Woodson is building a repution of sending players to the NBA. That will attract high talent like almost nothing else.

How old was Archie Miller when we hired him? Did he get better?I didnt speak gibberish. I responded to you saying we have “10 wins” and I responded

idk has Danny Hurley? How old was Archie Miller when we hired him? Did he get better?
BullI wish like hell that was the case, but I got news for ya. It’s not 1987 anymore and Bob Knight isn’t walking through the door. Tom Crean won multiple BIG titles and led us to multiple sweet sixteens. He had his flaws and I understand why IU decided to move on. But the guy we hired set our program back 4 years. And Woodson his been trying to fix that mess. Woodson isn’t an elite college coach, I’ll give you that much. Indiana just isn’t that attractive of a job anymore. If it was, we’d have one.
he can't follow anything other than his agendaYou’re not following the conversation. You said we had 10 wins and asked if I’d seen the schedule. My response is to that. It’s in plain logical English rather than gibberish so you didn’t understand.
I’m all in favor of hiring Danny Hurley. 0 chance it happens so no reason to bring him into this.idk has Danny Hurley?
Well he is another comparison besides ArchieI’m all in favor of hiring Danny Hurley. 0 chance it happens so no reason to bring him into this.
But we hired Archie. And he sucked. That’s the risk you run when you fire a coach. That the next guy is worse.Well he is another comparison besides Archie
Guess UConn had better luck than usBut we hired Archie. And he sucked. That’s the risk you run when you fire a coach. That the next guy is worse.
Truth be told there is a lot of luck involved in it. Most thought the Archie hire was good. It turned out it wasn’t. But ultimately that’s why I’m not in favor of firing a guy that took over a dumpster fire, made the tournament both years along with 20 wins seasons, and is in the middle of his 3rd season.Guess UConn had better luck than us

Point was addressing the earlier question of whether Dusty May would be able to recruit high level players at IU. Answer is we don't know. But we do know that Woodson is doing it.So did Crean point?
Please don’t question posters for grade school dropout grammar and spelling. Half the mods here can’t put a simple sentence together, yet swear they are university grads. It’s the damnedest thing I’ve ever seen. You didn’t graduate from IU, did you?
You would surely know the difference between “your” and “you’re” if you did.
