I don’t see the problem here.
A little cringe, maybe. But it has zero bearing on what she does in her day job. And it certainly is no reflection on her intelligence - which seems substantial.
I just don’t agree with her general approach to judging.
I took that test once. Got a 170.
What I remember most about it was that it was a genuine challenge to finish some parts of it within the allotted time.
These radical leftist judges all need to be impeached and disbarred immediately. They have completely made a mockery out of the judiciary. Trump should just go into Andrew Jackson and Biden mode.
By Biden, do you mean his student loan gambits done after Biden v. Nebraska? If so, then you should know that SCOTUS did not issue a blanket opinion that any and all student debt forgiveness done under presidential authority was unlawful. They ruled that a specific action was (that which he ordered citing the HEROES Act).
He did not defy the court by his subsequent attempts at student loan forgiveness.
And Trump shouldn't defy the courts, either. In this instance, I'd be surprised if the plaintiffs end up prevailing when it's all said and done.
Biden took two or three stabs at it before he took an action that the courts would accept. Exactly how Trump went after the Muslim ban.
