Kash FBI Director

The Phantom Menace Fear GIF by Star Wars

Took the “Are you a moron?” test and scored moron because he (says he) thinks the 2020 election was stolen. Bill Barr thinks he’s unqualified (and a moron). He’s a lapdog of Trump. Tulsi, RFKjr, Patel and Hegseth are all iffy for confirmation.

Wray has a ten year term (Trump appointed) so he will have to be fired or resign for Patel to get the job.

What odds are you laying?
I know people think jr is crazy but as I said I have a close friend who is incredibly bright and normal who has worked cases with him and thinks the world of him. And my friend is way left. Musk is a genius. I can’t get half a dozen shitty little nothing companies to work and he’s gotten half a dozen to be industry leaders. The vek is a douche but baller. Vance on legal matters. Trump is up and down. We haven’t had people like this come together in gov in my lifetime.

The concern I have relates back to something Marv wrote long ago about the nature of gov being different. I’m not sure how all these alpha cocksman can get along as they are all used to being what I say goes and I’m not sure their ways will mesh within the strictures of gov. Lastly I don’t think 4 years time will be long enough to see any positives from significant changes. So next election if the Dems aren’t Rachel maddow woke lunatics and just normal people they’ll get run out. They’re disruptors In their respective industries. Hopefully their legacy will be to disrupt some agency norms and reimagine how we can do some things. If it’s nothing more than nutrition and ag that’d be a net gain. Some of my conservative brethren take me to task over my admiration for Obama. He got pre-existing conditions covered. That’s a material net gain that touches all of us. That’s a win few presidents can boast of. That’s what I’d like to see from these guys. We have some really bright disruptive people looking at stuff. I think it’s great. Musk Jr Vance vek are no comparison to Harris, walz and whatever identity pics they’d have chosen. The brain power dwarfs the Dem crowd. We have an opportunity to see gov in a new way

The Democrats should embrace these advisors and nominees.

A south African
2 Indians
A cuban
Several Women
a woman of Color
A male of color
A Latin woman
A out of the closet Gay

Looks like a democratic dream team.

“I’m not sure how all these alpha cocksman can get along as they are all used to being what I say goes”. That’s a good thing. The one thing all these nominees have in common is that they have been in positions of responsibility and willingly and anxiously accepted responsibility for what they say and do. That would be a very refreshing change for government.

“I’m not sure their ways will mesh within the strictures of gov.” I hope not.

A cabinet member, agency head, or advisor being a lap dog for POTUS is not a problem unless said lapdog is fundamentally dishonest. Holder bragged about being Obama’s lapdog and nobody cared. That should not have been a problem in and of itself, except he was dishonest about a few things.

Yabbut from a shameless shill.

lol at the handwringing on this appointment.
Lol at the handwringing on all the appointments.

Trump ran on a platform of reform and people are somehow surprised/ dismayed that he’s putting outsiders in positions.

Kash is excellent. If all he does is shut down the J. Edgar Hoover building and move all agents outs into the field that will be a win.

There is no reason for such a massive concentration of Federal police power in D.C. unless you are an autocrat or wannabe autocrat.

The folks on Oak Island are more likely to find the Ark of the Covenant than the Feds are to produce an “Epstein List.” There is no real evidence that there even is such a list, let alone one with names of famous people.
Exactly. Search it and the only mentions of it is on wingnut conspiracy theory sites.

Other than, "he didn't kill himself" or conversely, He DID kill himself.
And that Gizzling chick..

There's some shenanigans, or Bill and Killary wouldn't have, not done, what we all know that they didn't do, that they did.

Yes, this was straight after leaving my public speaking class at the Jen Pskai school of public affairs. My student loans are expected to be forgiven by 2042, but there are some qualification .................requirements......

Most likely, the only "lists" that exist are the ones that were already released as part of the court process. But that's not good enough for the loonies. They need to believe that there is some kind of conspiracy that Trump is >this< close to exposing.

They don't stop to think that if what they believe were really true, Trump could have exposed the same on Jan 20 at 12:05 PM.

When do we start to worry however?

A Patel leads the FBI. A Bhattacharya leads the NIH. A Ramaswamy was part of DOGE and will now be Governor of Ohio. A Harmeet will lead the civil rights division. A Nimarata Randhawa finished 2nd in the GOP primary. A Krishna is Senior White House advisor for AI. Tulsi is named for Tulasi, a sacred plant in Hinduism. The President counts no world leader as a better friend than a guy named Narendra Modi. The VP is also raising his own Indians, dot not feather.

One day we’re gonna wake up and we’ll be members of the Grand Old Panaji.

Because if the building is there, they can only address issues in DC.

In fact, I heard their internet is limited to DC and have no access to the outside world.

What kind of investigation can happen in a building. They should be running in circles until they accidentally run into a criminal
