Impressed.
Really liked that they plan to adapt the offense first to the QB's (whoever it is) strengths and then also play to and maximize the strengths of the rest of the offense. A much better approach than trying to make the players adapt to a certain plan.
Also, mentioned that the coaches will also have to adapt to new tactics that will make the team better.

They made sure that RB wasn't back on the team this year but went out and got bigger faster RBs for this year. I am sure we will enjoy the offense more this coming season.
