Let's start with firing all the public school teacher leeches. My property taxes are ridiculous and I pay for my kids school out of pocket. I wouldn't notice if they were gone
Have at it. I’d end up making more money doing something else or start up a private business teaching. I’m not scared to compete in a free market. I’d also add I’m for school choice and think it’s ridiculous you have to pay all the tuition out of pocket.

Ok, what did their polls “tell us” about the Presidential election last year. You know where I’m going, & I know why you’re being evasive. The best case is that their polls are proven to be inaccurate, could be for many reasons. Worst case is that they are intentionally so to push an agenda, narrative, etc. Blows my mind that there are people up in arms about trying to cut bloat & unnecessary spending, but it is typically either the people that benefit from the fleecing or those only focused on the who & not the what.

The VA budget is now almost half the size of DOD budget. A lot of it considered 'mandatory' spending that's on autopilot.

We know where the money is going. We know why we have debt problems. This isn't a difficult problem to actually finding the answer. It's a very difficult problem to do anything about.

Congress passed the George Floyd law. All of that is bloat The point is we are federalizing more and more crime which have been state law issues. Why? Because Congress needs to feel like they are making a difference when all they do is pile crap higher and higher to campaign about.
If you wanna see more duplication and bloat look at road and bridge construction, the environment, education, social services.and more. The only place where there isn’t bloat is the armed services, which is a fundamental reason why the states created the federal government in the first place.
